Hi Kathryn - What exactly is Toad in the Hole? Is that some kind of egg dish? I love good food and love to try new things. I cook all the time and my favorite is Lidia. I would eat anything she makes!! But your dish intreged me, if you feel like sharing that would be great. Wish I was in Italy right about now. It is 17° here :)
